At Cindy Jeffrey Art, we are committed to providing high-quality original artwork, print-on-demand (POD) prints and merchandise, and curated art supplies. Each order is carefully handled, and we strive for customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy before making a purchase.

Returns & Refunds for Original Artwork

All sales of original artwork are final. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of each piece, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assess the situation and may offer a refund or repair.

Returns & Refunds for Print-on-Demand (POD) Prints & Merchandise

All POD prints and merchandise (including apparel, accessories, and home decor items) are custom-made to order and are not eligible for returns or refunds due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer error.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

Valid reasons for refunds/replacements:

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., misprint, poor print quality, incorrect design)

  • Wrong item received

  • Item damaged in transit

Not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection (please refer to size charts before purchasing)

  • Minor colour variations (due to screen difference)

Returns & Refunds for Curated Art Supplies

We accept returns for curated art supplies within 14 days of delivery if the item is:
✔ Unused
✔ In its original packaging
✔ In resaleable condition

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at cindyjeffreyart@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Await approval and return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us at your expense.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process a refund (excluding shipping costs) within 7 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If any item (artwork, prints, merchandise, or art supplies) arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

Exchanges

  • Original artwork & POD items: No exchanges are offered.

  • Curated art supplies: Exchanges may be available if you received the incorrect item, subject to availability.

Shipping Costs

  • Refunds do not include shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated.

International Orders

  • We do not accept international returns due to customs fees, import taxes, or shipping delays.

  • If an item arrives damaged, follow the damaged item process above.
